What MaviBuilt-Auditors do?
The MaviBuilt/DGNB-auditor defines targets with the landlord, and will consult him on sustainable design. The auditor is always part of the design team and therefore in charge of integrating DGNB principles in design, tender and procurement and during construction. He secures that all documentation is in place for the whole life cycle of an object.
The auditor registers the object with DGNB, on behalf of the landlord.
Tasks of auditor during design process are to analyse and evaluate:
- life cycle cost
- ecological footprint
- energy performance
- user friendliness
- property site
- envisaged technical quality
- design process Quality
- design documentation
Tasks of auditor during construction process:
- Ensure that building is built as planned
- Ensure sustainable building process
- Collect as-built documents
The auditor hands in all documentation to DGNB for conformity check.

The training is divided in two parts and targets at different levels of expertise:
MaviBuilt offers to you a Three-Days-System-Training where you get all information about DGNB, the system and its evaluation criteria. In addition, you will be offered a One-Day-Training to develop your own business case as a DGNB Consultant or Auditor. Having taken and passed the online exam about the DGNB system, you can offer services as a licensed DGNB Consultant in Turkey.
If you want to go on and become an auditor, you will work on a pilot audit in Turkey, together with a licensed and experienced DGNB auditor as your personal mentor. Additionally, you will take part in calibration workshops, where the system is gradually adapted to the Turkish Construciton laws and standards and market conditions.
Also, you will be invited to take part in a study tour to Austria, to meet experienced auditors, and visit with them gold and platinum buildings in veinna and surroundings.

Admission requirements for DGNB Consultant Training:
- Completed academic studies in architecture, civil or construction—related engineering, natural sciences, economics or building physics and
- 1 year of relevant professional experience following completion of master degree or
- 2 years of relevant professional experience following completion of a bachelor degree or
- Training in the real estate or construction sectors with 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Good English language skills
- Admission is subject to DGNB approval
Training Days to become a DGNB Consultant:
Dates:
Day 1 - Friday, 29th April 2016 (DGNB Core system)
Day 2 - Saturday, 30th April 2016 (DGNB Core system)
Day 3 - Friday, 13th May 2016 (DGNB Core system)
You will leave this module with a full set of templates and tools, individually prepared for you in the course of this module.
Day 4 - Saturday, 14th May 2016 (create your own business model)
The training module on Day 4 will be held by auditors who have made audits their main field of business, They will share with you how to set up your own business plan, how to market your services and how to design your contracts with the client. Start the week after with sales!

Exam:
Participants will have to take an online exam starting on 15th July 2016. More details will be given to participants during the training.
Admission requirements for DGNB AUDitor Training:
Only Auditors who have successfully completed Day 1 - 3 and have passed the on-line exam will be accepted for the Auditor training, Participants will work on pilot audits in Turkey, together with a licensed and experienced DGNB auditor as their personal mentor. Additionally, they will take part in calibration workshops, where the system is gradually adapted to the Turkish Construciton laws and standards and market conditions.
MaviBuilt will organise a study tour to Austria, to meet experienced auditors, and visit with them gold and platinum buildings in Vienna and surrounding area. Cost for travel and subsistence will be paid by trainees. However, for the best students, grants packages will be awarded. Participation is not obligatory.
